Together, we will work on setting boundaries that reflect your worth and protect your energy. We will gently untangle patterns of people-pleasing that may have led to self-abandonment, and begin rebuilding trust in your body and inner voice. From there, we can create relationships that feel safe, secure, and aligned with who you truly are.
This is the shift from surviving to living.
The relationship we build together is at the heart of this work. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome — especially the ones that have consciously or unconsciously been ignored, hidden, or hurt.
My Approach
My Integrative approach allows me to tailor our work to your unique needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic models to support you in a way that feels right for you. I draw from Psychodynamic theory, which allows us to gently explore how early relationships and childhood experiences may be shaping your present patterns, emotions, and relationships.
A Person-centred approach underpins my work, creating a connection that feels natural, supportive, and free from judgment. I offer you empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard, so you can feel truly seen and accepted.
I also integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful lasting change in your day-to-day life.
Alongside these three core modalities, I also integrate elements of others including Gestalt therapy and Transactional Analysis, adapting our work to what feels most supportive for you.
If inner child work is something you would like to explore, I offer a safe and attuned space to gently explore past experiences, heal emotional wounds, and reconnect with the parts of you that may have been unheard or unprotected.
Together we will work gently to re-establish safety, process what you have carried for too long that no longer serves you to move toward grater clarity confidence and connection with yourself.
Having once been in your shoes, I have experienced first-hand the transformative power of counselling. I understand how meaningful it is to sit with someone who holds no outside judgment — someone who offers a space where you can finally be fully and authentically yourself.
What began as my own journey of healing has grown into a deep passion and purpose. This work has evolved into something far greater than a profession for me; it is a commitment to walking alongside others as they reconnect with their strength, their voice, and their sense of self.
What to expect
You can expect me to listen carefully — not only to the parts of you that feel easy to share, but also to the parts that may feel hidden, uncertain, or harder to express. Together, we will work collaboratively to develop a deeper understanding of who you are, what you value, and what truly matters to you.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. It is a space to explore what has brought you to therapy, what you hope for from our work, and to ensure you feel comfortable and supported. Beginning therapy can feel daunting, so we will move at a pace that feels right for you.
Our sessions will be 50 minutes and they can run on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

The fee is £45 per session, via bank transfer the day before our scheduled session.
